Gumbel-Exponentiated Weibull {Logistic} Lifetime Distribution and Its Applications

A new generalized exponentiated Weibull model called Gumbel-exponentiated {Logistic} distribution is introduced and studied. The distribution extends the exponentiated with additional parameters bimodal densities. Some earlier distributions formed the sub-models of the proposed distribution. mathematical properties distribution including expressions for hazard function, survival moments, order statistics, mean deviation absolute from mean, and entropy were derived. Monte Carlo simulation study was carried out to assess the finite sample behavior parameter estimates by maximum likelihood estimation approach. superiority Weibull distribution over some competing proved empirically using the fitted results three real life datasets.
